A woman who's not mentally stable has been stranded with a baby
opposite Federal Palace Hotel, on Ahmadu Bello Way, Lagos for quite a while now. From the photos,
this child's gender cannot be confirmed but looks newly born.
We pray those in charge of social welfare, child
services or even appropriate NGOs to please respond on time in order to
save both the mother and child whose place of residence is on the road
all day long.
