Man Was Spotted Wearing Pant In Lagos Traffic (photo)
Weird happenings are usual in Lagos, however, even with that, this photo is rather outstanding. A man is seen wearing just his underwear and talking to a bus driver right inside Lagos traffic and in broad daylight too.
The actual spot where the photo was taken is not clear. Also, what may have caused the man's weird display is not known.

Driver And The Trader 'swallowed' Cocaine Worth N39m
Two men are currently in the custody of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency after being nabbed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos over 252 wraps of cocaine weighing 4.3kgs.
The NDLEA put the street value of the drugs at about N39m.
According to NDLEA spokesperson, Mr. Mitchell Ofoyeju, the suspects – 54-year-old Chinweuba Echezona, who is a driver and 44-year-old Ekwueme Louis, a trader – had ingested some of the drugs and concealed part of it in their luggage.
Ofoyeju said:
“The suspects were caught during the screening of passengers on an Emirates flight from Dubai. The NDLEA commander at the airport, Ahmed Garba, said that both suspects are under investigation.
Echezona packed 103 wraps of cocaine in his waist and ingested 69 wraps weighing 2.745kgs while Louis concealed 75 wraps in his luggage and ingested five wraps.”
Garba said the suspects are currently being grilled over the unlawful importation.
Ofoyeju said:
Preliminary investigation revealed that the suspects were promised N500,000 each to smuggle the drugs from Dubai to Nigeria. Their trip was fully sponsored by an unidentified drug trafficking organisation.
However, efforts are ongoing to trace and arrest their sponsors. Martins is married with five children while Louis is married with three children.”
Echezona told officials of the agency in his statement:
“I am a driver but I have been out of job for a while now. I have been searching for job and my condition was so bad that I could not feed and discharge my responsibilities as a husband to my wife and father to my children. This was the reason I went into drug trafficking. I did it in order to survive the economic hardship.”
Louis also attributed his involvement in drug trafficking to poverty.
“I used to sell jewellery but I have lost everything including my shop due to family problem. I feel ashamed that I cannot take care of my family and pay the school fees of my children,” he said.
NDLEA Chairman, Muhammad Abdallah, has ordered a speedy investigation of their cases.
He said:
“Let me assure members of the public that the NDLEA has taken measures to fortify the exit points in the country. Drug traffickers will find it difficult to break through our security barriers.”
“The ultimate objective is to have a society that is free from illicit drug production, trafficking and abuse. This arrest is being investigated and we hope to trace other persons linked to the crime.”

Husband Kills His Wife Over Her Father’s Inheritance (photo)
Late Fatima Ibrahim had closed from her place of work, Zubairu Pilot Primary school in Dutsinma town where she teaches Basic Science. Passing through her family home, where she exchanged pleasantries with relatives, she retired home at her residence at the Low-Cost Housing Estate. Little did family and friends know that they were saying final farewell to her, as her lifeless body was discovered the next day in bed, with blood trickling from her mouth, and bruises on one side of her face.

The deceased, a 32-year-old mother, was married to Umar Manu, a staff of the Federal University Dutsinma, Information and Communication Department, who hails from Zaria, Kaduna State and is the prime suspect in the case. The couple have a three-year-old son.
Daily Trust gathered that trouble started for late Fatima when her father, Alhaji Ibrahim Habibu, died in December 2014 and she inherited his wealth. He was until his death a regional manager with a major bank in Sokoto.
According to late Fatima’s uncle and spokesman of the family, Babangida Habibu, since the death of the father, Manu went all-out to get his wife’s share of the inheritance divided among late Alhaji Habibu’s children. He said: “On our part as family, we resolved to do all possible to protect his property, and committee was set up to share the inheritance appropriately, making sure accounts were opened for each and every one, with each share of money lodged within.”
Late Fatima’s uncle said about seven months back, his niece reported her husband’s changing attitude and the family had to intervene, and invited him along with his parents to iron things out. But, Habibu said, after a while she complained again. “It was at this point that she chose to move out to a new place, where he still visits on the pretence of wanting to see his son,” he said.
Habibu said: “Manu had earlier been threatening Fatima for a while, and even on that fateful day he called to ask her to make available N800,000 for him to settle some debts. Mark you, she had always tried to let him know that the money he assumes she had was not in her custody, but he never wanted to hear that.”
Manu, according to Habibu, visited the deceased at her residence on the day the murder was perpetrated, at about 8:30pm, entering in and out of the compound twice before he finally left after 11:00pm. “But the next day, Fatima’s maid met her lifeless body on the bed and raised alarm,” he said, adding that Manu was apprehended and handed over to the police where he has owned up, and confessed to the killing, even narrating how he did it.
According to late Fatima’s uncle, the deceased’s family have said all they want now is for the law to take its course.
State Commissioner of Police, Abdullahi Usman, who confirmed the arrest of Manu, said investigation has opened up on the matter.
Late Fatima was born in 1984, and bagged a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto.

Househelp Cleans Her Vagina With Napkin, Then Wipes Her Boss' Dishes With It:Pic
She wasn’t really caught so much as she was showing off. But really, this is why we believe househelps should be treated like your own blood. Think about it, we know some of you are probably among the selfish people who believe in maltreating househelps.
She takes care of the home while you’re at work, cook your meals too. Chances are high she takes care of your brood while you’re at work yet you still pay her peanut and maltreat her- doesn't that means you are on a suicide mission?
Anyway, this is clearly a case of a disgruntled domestic worker who took her anger to new, disgusting levels. The lass is actually caught on camera proudly wiping her vagina, legs, body sweat and ear wax with the same cloth she is cleaning her employers’ dishes with… This is simply disgusting.

We’ll Deliver 10,000 MW Target - Fashola
The Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, has given an assurance that the 10,000 megawatts of electricity in three years promised by President Muhammadu Buhari earlier in the month will be actualised.
He added that the energy crisis facing the country would soon be a thing of the past, saying one of the country’s power plants located at Gbarain in Bayelsa State, which was close to completion, was fired the previous night for pre-commissioning tests.
Speaking at the resolution of a three-year dispute between Enugu Electricity Distribution Company and Aba Power Limited, which had stalled the completion of a 141MW power project for the area, the minister said the resolution and the recovery of four turbines that were down would ensure that the power challenge facing the country could be overcome.
A statement by the Special Adviser to the Minister on Communications, Hakeem Bello, on Friday quoted the Minister as saying apart from showing that distribution companies could work together, the development would also be of great benefit to traders in the area and boost ‘Made in Nigeria’ goods, which the area is known for.
He said, “We had some outages on our turbines in Jebba but l am happy to inform you that three of the four have been put back into operation and that there is again stability in the system. The power coming into the country is not enough and how do you share what is not enough, it is not possible, so what we need to do is generate more power.
“The 200 megawatts coming from Aba is very important and it is good news for the market.
“The first turbine is
on and is being synchronised and that is what we are saying and with incremental power we will achieve the target set by Mr. President in his speech last week.”
While thanking former Head of State, Gen. Abdusalami Abubakar, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Mr. Adetokunbo Kayode, Prof. Bart Nnaji, among others, for the roles they played in making the resolution possible, the minister said time had come for everyone to work together for the betterment of the power sector.

Buhari Nigerians Are Suffering, US Trip Is “joke Of The Year” - Fayose
Fayose has called on well-meaning Nigerians to prevail on President Mohammadu Buhari to stop his needless foreign trips
– Fayose said the sufferings of Nigerians deserved the attention of the president instead of junketing around the world
Outspoken Ekiti state governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has called on well-meaning Nigerians to prevail on President Mohammadu Buhari to stop his needless foreign trips, describing the president’s trip to the United States of America on Wednesday for the 4th Nuclear Security Summit while Nigerians are suffering at home as “joke of the year.”
The governor said: “it remains a mystery what President Buhari that met power generation at 6,000MW and could not manage it such that power generation crumbled to Zero Megawatt yesterday, will contribute to the Nuclear Energy Summit in America.”
Speaking through his special assistant on public communications and new media, Lere Olayinka, Governor Fayose said “it is shameful that while President Buhari was far away in the United States of America, attending a summit that does not have any bearing on Nigeria and its people, an unprecedented happened – power generation stopped completely for over three hours!”
He said the sufferings of Nigerians deserved the attention of the president instead of junketing around the world, wasting the country’s scarce foreign exchange.
The governor alleged that over $50 million must have been spent on the president’s frequent foreign trips, adding that Nigerians should ask President Buhari whether his trip to the United States of America to attend Nuclear Energy Summit will bring the lingering fuel scarcity being experienced in the country to an end.
“Nigerians are suffering. Petrol has become so scarce that our people now sleep in petrol stations to buy fuel at N200 per litre while the president who should alleviate their sufferings is in the USA, attending a summit that he won’t even understand whatever that is discussed there. “This is not acceptable. Mr President should stay at home and see to it that at least, power generation returns to 6,000MW that he met it if he cannot add to it.
“Mr President should stay at home and bring this fuel scarcity that has paralysed almost all activities in the country to an end. “Nigerians are saying their president should stay at home and bring to an end the killings, raping of women and destruction of farmlands by Fulani herdsmen.
“Most importantly, the President should listen more to those of us who criticise him instead of those hailing every of his wrong steps either because of what they intend to gain or for fear of persecution,” the governor said.
Despite repeated claims that it is committed to fighting corruption, the Nigerian government has refused to commit to two US anti-corruption initiatives.
Government officials led by Geoffrey Onyeama, Minister of Foreign Affairs rose from the U.S.-Nigeria Bi-National Commission (BNC) meeting on Wednesday, March 30 refusing to be members of Open Government Partnership (OGP) and the Partnership on Illicit Finance (PIF),

10 Statements Ladies Normally Use To Lure Guys To Bed
1. "Promise me you will not initiate Sex when I come"
Some ladies will tell you to promise not to do anything silly when they come. This is a usually a sarcastic statement they often use to test a guy if he's indeed a man. Just when you invite a lady to your house and tells you on the phone that you to make a solemn not to initiate sex during her visitation, be sure that she's only being sarcastic. This is common with teenagers 2. "I don't like Dull Guys"
I have been tagged a dull guy by many ladies an this is because I don't have the courage to initiate love making, or perhaps, I don't even know where to start from. As a matter of shame, when a lady visits me today her chances of paying me a subsequent visit is very slim. One even visit me last year and after she had spent five hours with me she began to ring to my ears that she hates to visits dull guys. Could you believe she called me as soon as she got to her house and started using sango and ogun to swear for me if I ever call her. 3. Your lips are Sexy
To lure a guy into love making, some ladies will keep staring at you and will confess that your lips are sexy and conspicuously succulent. This means that she wouldn't mind locking lips with you. 4. "Don't tell me your joystick has Erec.ted ?"
Another way many ladies lure guys to bed is that they will focus on your joystick region just to know if it's above its default state.. The moment your obviously frustrated joystick exceeds its normal level, she will shake her head telling you how disappointed she is, and that she never expected your joystick to be erected. Most times, I use pillow to cover my joystick region so that a man of God like me will not fall for such temptation. 5. "I'm having body pains, Can you Massage Me?
To lure a guy to bed, some ladies will pretend to be suffering from body pains and will ask the guy to massage their body, perhaps their back. When the guy is massaging the back, they will instruct him to move down a little bit, down to the their butts and before you know it, the rest is history. I don't need to tell you what will happen next. 6. "Don't play Porn movie here oooo"
Just when open your videos folder on your laptop to play a movie and she tells you not to play porn oooo otherwise she will vacate the room for you. Be rest assured that she definitely wants you to say something nasty so that argument and rough play will kick start. 7. "I hope you are the only one at home?"
Prior to her arrival she might inquire if you're the only one at home and if you say "yes"; she will smile and tell you to be prepared for her "prepare for her? . Guys note that when a lady is curious to know if you are the only one in the house she definitely wants to know whether your kid brothers will not be lucifer that will cause distraction 8. "There's heat, come and fan Me"
Some ladies will tell you they are feeling heat, therefore, they need you to fan them with perhaps hand fan. When you are fanning her a metre away, she will tell you to come close jhooor, and before you know kissing and cuddling don start and the rest is history . 9. "You are not Romantic"
Just when both of you have watched series of movies, played computer games, cracked jokes, browsed social sites and all that, and she suddenly looks into your eyes and tells you that you are not romantic, she definitely wants the hormones in your body to resurrect so that you can make a move. This statement is normally used to lure guys to bed 10. "I'm feeling Cold"
When a lady starts complaining about cold when the room is heating like a bakery then something is wrong. It means she wants you to come close to her. If you offer her a blanket, she will tell you to come lie beside her and the whole thing is history

The building is located on Andrew Street, Lagos Island, while the incident happened on Sunday, March 27.
PUNCH Metro learnt that the landlord had been hard on Balogun for refusing to comply with the notice, allegedly threatening to kill the woman and her son.
The trader said she was ill on that day and was about entering her room on her way back from a hospital around 4pm when an argument ensued between her and Sanusi.
Our correspondent was told that the suspect, together with his sister and the father, afterwards descended on Balogun and beat her up. She was said to have been given a fist blow in the eye by Sanusi during the scuffle.
The incident was reported at the Adeniji Adele Police Divison and Sanusi was arrested. Balogun, who is four months pregnant, told the police that the injury would have been much but for the intervention of the neighbours.
She said, “The landlord gave us a notice to quit and always came to our apartment to bang the door, threatening to kill my son and me. As I came back from the hospital around 4pm on Sunday and sat in front of my shop, Tunde (Sanusi), the landlord’s son, approached and challenged me, saying I refused to quit the house after receiving the notice. I told him to let my husband return.
“All of a sudden, he started abusing me. Before I knew what was happening, he gave me a fist blow in the eye. The landlord and another child of his joined Tunde to beat me up. It was my neigbours that rescued me.”
Sanusi, however, denied beating the tenant, saying the woman fell while she was struggling with him. He also refuted the claim that his father and sister joined him to assault the woman.
The suspect said he met Balogun on his way to the bathroom on that day and she started abusing him.
He said, “I also abused her. She attempted to hold my shirt and I pushed her. Maybe as a result of that she hit her eye on a grinding machine on the premises. I did not touch her; my daddy told me to leave her and he did not touch her either.
“I only told her that her rent was due and that she should pack out from our house. She replied that I should do it myself. She held me and I pushed her. My sister did not beat her.”
A police prosecutor, Inspector Philip Osijale, brought Sanusi before a Tinubu Magistrate’s Court on one count of assault occasioning harm.
The charge read, “That you, Tunde Sanusi, and one other at large, at Andrew by Rica Street, Lagos Island, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did unlawfully assault one Dupe Balogun by giving her a blow in her left eye and gave her bodily harm, thereby committing an offence punishable under Section 171 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, Nigeria, 2011.”
The accused pleaded not guilty and elected summary trial.
He was granted bail by the presiding magistrate, Mr. L.A. Owolabi, in the sum of N50,000 with one surety in like sum, while the case was adjourned till May 11, 2016.
Sanusi was said to have pummelled the victim, Mrs. Dupe Balogun, and damaged one of her eyes for allegedly failing to vacate the house after she had been served a notice to quit.

Ghana Denies Nigerians Need Visitors Visa
Earlier today, a piece of information made the rounds claiming that from July of this year, Nigerians would need a Visa to get into Ghana.
The Current Minister for Foreign Affairs in Ghana, Hanna Tetteh has come out to debunk the story. Earlier quotes attributed to the Ghanaian President made the rounds. It was alleged that he said:
With effect from July this year, we will be allowing citizens of AU Member States to enter our country and obtain visas on arrival with the option to stay for up to thirty days and experience what our country has to offer,”
“This measure, with time, should stimulate air travel, trade, investment and tourism.”
Mrs. Tetteh on her Twitter account has said this is a misinterpretation and that Nigerians won’t need visas in line with ECOWAS’ provision.
