Photos : This Man Raped 24-Year-Old Facebook Lover At First Meeting In Lagos

A 26-year-old man, Taiwo Oluwatobi, has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command, for allegedly luring his Facebook lover to his house, and raping her.
3210775_oluwatobi
PUNCH Metro learnt that Oluwatobi had met the 24-year-old victim, identified only as Temitope, on Facebook. He had allegedly lured her to his house in the Alagomeji, Yaba area of the state to collect N15,000, during which he raped her.
It was gathered that the incident happened at the suspect’s friend’s rented apartment on Queens Street, Alagomeji, on Monday, November 30, and the visit was Oluwatobi and Temitope’s first meeting.
It was gathered that the victim, who worked as a printer in the Mushin area, told Oluwatobi, who she reportedly met on Facebook around June 2015, that she needed N15,000 to settle a debt.
The suspect was said to have invited the lady to Alagomeji, to meet each other and also collect the money.
Temitope was said to have arrived at the apartment around 6pm and left at about 8pm, during which Oluwatobi allegedly raped her.
The victim was said to have reported the matter to the Anti-Robbery Squad of the State Department of Criminal Investigation, Yaba.
It was learnt that Oluwatobi, who hails from Ila Orangun, Osun State, was arrested on Tuesday, December 1.
According to the police, the suspect, said to be a graduate of a university in Oyo State, was also a suspected member of the Buccaneers’ Confraternity.
It was gathered that the police also arrested the suspect’s friend, Adenuga Adedayo, in whose apartment the rape allegedly took place.
Speaking with PUNCH Metro, Oluwatobi, who worked as a caterer, said he had a consensual sexual intercourse with Temitope, adding that he saw the lady off when she was going back home. He said he was shocked that she reported the s*x as rape to the police.
He said, “We met on Facebook some months ago. From Facebook, we began to talk on the telephone. That day was the first time we would meet, and we had a sexual intercourse. She does printing jobs and she stays in the Mushin area.
“She had asked me for N15,000, saying she had a debt she needed to settle. I invited her to my area. After the intercourse, she went to the police to say I raped her. She was the one who told the police that I was a cult member.
“The reason for her coming was that I promised to give her N15,000 to settle someone she owed money. We had s*x and at about 8pm, she left. My friend was not at home that time and I see no reason to tell him that somebody visited me.
“I joined the Buccaneers Confraternity when I was in 200-level in the university. I was just a member. After leaving school, I quit the group.”
The friend, Adedayo, from Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, denied any knowledge of the rape, saying he housed Oluwatobi for a week when he (Oluwatobi) said he had a job to do in the area.
He said, “The police accused me of housing a cultist and his girlfriend, but I did not know about the incident. I work in the Apapa area as a teacher.
I did not know he is a cultist. He had come to me to assist him with accommodation, as he had a job in our area. That was in the last week of November.”

The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Joe Offor, had yet to reply to a text message sent to his phone on the incident.

Buhari Apologies To Nigerians Over Fuel Scarcity, Pump Price To Remain At N87

President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday apologised to Nigerians over the continued fuel scarcity being experienced across the country, blaming the long queues that have returned to fuel stations on the activities of speculators and those resistant to change.

Buhari further promised Nigerians that there would be no increase in the pump price of petrol.

He made the pledge following fears by Nigerians that the Federal Government may scrap fuel subsidy which will result in an increase in the cost of the premium motor spirit, popularly called petrol.

Buhari, while addressing a joint session of the National Assembly during the presentation of the 2016 budget of N6.08 trillion, said the pump price of petrol will remain at N87 “for now”.

“Indeed tough decisions must be made but this does not mean that we would increase the level of pains being felt by Nigerians,” he added.

Ambode Doubles Gov’s Cup Tennis Prize Money

akinwumi-ambode-350x253

In a ground-breaking move, the Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode has increased the prize money of Governor’s Cup Futures I and II by twice its previous amount.
Disclosing this during the closing ceremony of tournament at the Lagos Lawn Tennis Club, Onikan, Governor Ambode said that it was in line with his administration’s objective to engender players’ development and put Lagos in the international limelight all year round.
Currently, the men’s tournament, which comes with hospitality is a $15, 000 event while the women’s, without hospitality is $25, 000. Both run for two weeks, making it an $80, 000 tournament. When increased, it comes to $160, 000.
This is the first time that the tournament, which served off in 2000, will be witnessing a significant rise in prize money and the attendant upgrading to an ATP event, which will both be implemented in next year’s edition.
While expressing his willingness to continue this tournament, Governor Ambode said that it was high time for value to be added to the game, a statement which hit the right chord with tennis faithful countrywide.
The Governor said: “we believe in the continuity of this tournament. This is something that showcases the future of where Lagos State is going. On our part, we’ve intensified our efforts to ensuring that security of lives and property in Lagos is of utmost importance to this kind of associated tournament.
“On my part, I have given a further commitment that we will ensure that we keep Lagos State safer so that we can attract more tournaments like this one. I am aware that participants have been joining us from overseas because of the benefits that they accrue from the IIT Futures.
“Consequently, I have discussed with the tennis federation because I want to scale up this tournament. I believe strongly in this. We want to move it from an ITF Futures to an ATP tournament. But we cannot do this alone. Before we can move it, we have to assure everybody about the security of Lagos and also provide additional infrastructure and this government is committed to doing both.
“In order to develop our players, I am making a further commitment that I will join the federation to organise the youth tennis academy. One of the things we are doing to sports is to ensure that we are on the international calendar 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. By next year, this government will double the prize money on offer”, added Governor Ambode.

Brunei Bans Celebration Of Christmas

MA2 (1)
Oil-rich Brunei has banned public celebrations of Christmas, including sending festive greetings and the wearing of Santa Claus hats. Muslims seen celebrating Christmas and non-Muslims found to be organising celebrations could face up to five years jail.
However the country’s non-Muslims, who comprise 32 per cent of the 420,000 population, can celebrate Christmas in their own communities on the condition that the celebrations are not disclosed to Muslims.
Imams have told followers in the tiny Borneo nation to follow a government edict last year banning celebrations that could lead Muslims astray and damage their faith, according to the Borneo Bulletin.
“These enforcement measures are … intended to control the act of celebrating Christmas excessively and openly, which could damage the aqidah (beliefs) of the Muslim community,” the Ministry of Religious Affairs said in a statement explaining the edict that was published in the Brunei Times.
The statement said non-Muslims disclosing or displaying Christmas celebrations violated the penal code which prohibits propagating religion other than Islam to a Muslim.

Oh No! 30 Nigerian Universities to Begin Strike Action by December 24

Students of tertiary institutions in the country might have cause for worry as the Senior Staff Association of Nigeria Universities, SSANU, has directed its members to embark on indefinite strike from December 24.

This is in response to the Federal Government’s directive informing Vice-Chancellors of universities to remove retrench over 2,000 staff from their pay-roll.

The decision was taken by the National Executive Council of SSANU to protect the interest of their members and salvage the educational sector from collapsing. Addressing journalists on the outcome of its meeting, the National President of SSANU, Comrade Samson Ugwoke, said the action of government to retrench over 2,000 staff was contrary to the Federal Government and SSANU agreement of 2009.

Ugwoke stated that SSANU wants the government to immediately rescind the order for peace to reign. He also said that they've written the Minister of Education, Malam Adamu Adamu, urging him to order the immediate withdrawal of all letters from the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission, National Universities Commission and the Federal Ministry of Education directing Vice-Chancellors to remove personnel of the University Staff Primary Schools from the pay-roll.

19-Year Old Lagos Girl Accuses Boyfriend Of Rape Over Nude Photos He Shared With Friends

gb
There is a new twist to the alleged rape case of a 19-year-old teenager, Gbemisola, as she now claims to have framed 24-year-old Kunle in order to punish him.
Punch Metro gathered on Friday that Gbemisola and Kunle were in an intimate relationship and had sexual intercourse by mutual consent.
It was further learnt that Gbemisola had sent some of her nude pictures to Kunle on Whatsapp before things went awry between them.
Punch had reported on Friday that Gbemisola, a caterer, had alleged that Kunle asked her out, which she turned down because she had a boyfriend already. She had alleged that the suspect lured her into his parents’ house in Agiliti Estate, Ketu, and raped her.
She claimed that the suspect did a picsmix of her nude pictures, included her phone number, and shared them with his friends on the Internet.
The suspect, while reacting, had told Punch that Gbemisola was his girlfriend, adding that the 19-year-old sent him the nude pictures, which he only showed to his friends.
On Friday, Punch Metro learnt that the suspect was arrested by the police and the case was immediately transferred to the State Department of Criminal Investigation, Yaba.
After both of them were grilled by police detectives, it was discovered that Gbemisola lied in her statement to the police at the Ketu Police Division.
Kunle, who was in tears at the SDCI, told Punch that the only evidence he had of their relationship was destroyed by Gbemisola on the morning of his arrest.
He said, “I am in a big trouble. The only evidence I have that she sent those pictures to me was my chat history. But immediately the police came to arrest me, she picked my phone and threw it into a well.
“She is the only one that can save me by just telling the truth. We were in a relationship and I didn’t rape her.”
Punch correspondent, who later spoke with Gbemisola, asked why she lied against Kunle.
Gbemisola said she wanted to punish him for betraying her trust and sharing her nude pictures with his friends and family members on the Internet, adding that some of his friends had been calling to demand “their own share of sex.”
She said she threw his phone into the well because Kunle claimed he had evidence of their relationship.
She said, “He is my boyfriend and we had dated for just one week when he asked for my nude pictures. When two people are dating and they are in love, anything can happen between them.
“Initially, I declined and he started begging me. I asked him to swear on oath that he would later delete the pictures from his phone and he did. I sent the pictures because of the trust I had in him.”
Gbemisola said she visited him few days afterwards, and he had sex with her.
“He didn’t rape me, but I gave in because he begged, saying it had been long since he did it.”
She said the following day, Kunle asked for a recharge card, which she sent to him, adding that he made more demands and when she declined, the suspect threatened to make her a “celebrity” in the community.
“I discovered he never loved me and merely wanted to use and dump me.
“When he asked me to come to his house again, I refused and asked him to do his worst. He then asked me to log in to Whatsapp. Immediately I did, I saw that he had made my nude photos his Display Picture (DP). He also sent them to me, as well,” she added.
She said her first boyfriend, who got hold of her phone saw the pictures, and was angry.
Gbemisola said she also received text messages and telephone calls from those who saw the pictures.
“They were saying, ‘come and let’s sleep with you too.’ I was humiliated. A few days later, I was on the road when Kunle saw me and started mocking me. I almost committed suicide,” she added.
She said she damaged Kunle’s laptop after he continued with his threat that he had another explicit video of her.
“I lied against him to punish him for what he did. I threw away his phone into the well because he claimed to have evidence. I wanted to destroy him completely.
“But seeing how far this case has gone, I want to forgive him. We are from the same Ondo State and our parents are friends,” she added.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Joe Offor, told Punch that investigation was on.
He said, “Both parties agreed that the intercourse of that date was consensual and could not have amounted to rape. Other aspects of the allegation are under investigation.

Unbelievable! Woman Gives Birth to Tortoise and Vomits Padlock in Lagos Church

The congregation at Elijah Faith Assembly, were beyond shocked when 22-year-old Cassandra from Ihiala, in Anambra state vomited padlock and also delivered a live turtle in a church in Lagos recently.

According to the Sun, at about 5am on Wednesday, December 2, during a ‘Rhema water programme’ organised by the Elijah Faith Assembly Church, Ajao Estate in Lagos, many worshipers were stunned when the incident happened.

While some ran off the church’s premises, fear engulfed some of the worshipers who waited due to the irritation of seeing a pool of blood that gushed out of the private part of the woman, Mrs Cassandra Amaka Obi, before the turtle eventually came out.

Narrating her ordeal after delivering the turtle, Amaka Obi said that she had always known that she has a living turtle right inside her body. And that it was invoked on her at an early age by her father who is still a herbalist back in Anambra.

She said: “When I was nine, my father invoked both the key and the turtle in my body, so that I will be strong spiritually to assist him in his shrine. That time, this turtle was in his barn and was smaller. I really knew the time he did the whole thing, but as a child, I did not know the implication. Then, among all the children my father has, I was the closest to him, so he decided to use me in his shrine. Sometimes, after preparing charms, he would send me to go and throw them into the river or anywhere he wanted me to send it to. And, because he used to give me some money, I was happy working with him.

“At 17, I thought I had served my father well and should, therefore, marry, but surprisingly, my father objected to that, insisting that I should not get married at all, instead, I should stay at home and have as many children as I liked, in order to assist him in his job. But, I refused. After much pressure, he managed to allow me get married.

”My husband fulfilled all the marriage rites and on the day of our wedding, my father did not come to the church, he only appeared when we wanted to take photographs and he joined us. Could you believe that immediately we finished taking a photograph with my father, I did not get myself again, I lost my memory, pulled my wedding ring and threw it to my husband and told him that the marriage was over. I ran away and they caught me. In fact, our guests and everyone present were surprised. Even when they managed to take me to my father’s house, I wanted to jump the fence. It was when my father brought kola nuts and prayed that I regained my senses and followed my husband that I was able to calm down.

“Though, I knew that all the things inside my body were the cause of the problem we were having in our home, I did not want to tell my husband because he will be scared and may decide not to continue with the marriage.

“The problem that brought us to Elijah Faith Assembly in August 2013 was six years of childless marriage. As I came out in the church that first day to give offering, the prophet sighted me, and told me to stop making up. Also, when we went for service the next Sunday, the prophet still told me that we came to the church because of fruit of the womb. In fact, I did not take him seriously.

”When we got home, I thought it was due to the same headtie I put on that made the prophet to recognize me as such. So, I decided to change the headtie. Yet, when we went to service another time, he prophesied that my problem started from my family, and that my father was responsible for my problems. He, therefore, asked me to see him after. But, while coming, I should buy whatever I knew my father would like and bring them to him. So, I bought wrapper and drink, and the prophet anointed them and directed me to send the gifts to my father in the village and return to Lagos next day.”

Cassandra explained that when she took the gifts to her father, he prayed for her to give birth to as many children as she likes. “After that, I returned to Lagos and became pregnant in September and delivered my first child. Meanwhile, the objects were still inside my body. But, it was during the Rhema water programme of the church that I vomited the padlock, after delivering my first child. Then, I delivered the turtle, six months after delivering my second child during the church’s Rhema water programme.”

She said the turtle delivery miracle started when her husband travelled home recently and visited her father, and he was given some coconuts by her father’s maid. “Although, when my husband was travelling, I warned him not to visit my father because I understand him well, but he insisted. When he brought the coconut, it did not occur to me not to eat it. So, I broke one, ate and gave some to my neighbours. After eating it, I started to experience severe stomach pains. Later, my stomach began to swell like a pregnant woman. So, when I could not bear it any longer, I reported to Prophet Chinonso, he prayed for me and advised me not to worry about it. But after sometime, I started bleeding. Then, I attended a Tuesday church programme and the prophet prayed for me. Then, following day, being Wednesday, I returned to the church for the Rhema water programme. And, during deliverance prayer by Prophet Chinonso, the bleeding became more serious, as if I was in labour. Meanwhile, before the bleeding, I had contractions and those sitting close to me became curious and were asking whether I was pregnant. But I told them that I was not pregnant, rather I am nursing a six-month-old baby.”

Cassandra stated that when the bleeding was on, the prophet was busy praying from the altear. So, he sent the Assistant Pastor, Chukwuma Aniebo to give her Rhema water to drink, while some was poured on her body.“After drinking the water, the turtle rushed out with blood from my vagina and I became relieved immediately.”

She thanked God for the miracle that caused a stir in the church. “I do not know how to explain this because I have been in bondage. But now I am free, therefore, I promise to use everything I have to serve God.”

Her husband, Mr Onyeka Obi also narrated his ordeal throughout their eight years of marriage. According to him,“Since the time I married her, it has been from one problem to the other. Sometimes, she would tell me that she made love with cat in her dream. And anytime I made love to her, my business would suffer a misfortune. In fact, it had been spiritual attacks all along and all the places we went for solution and spent huge amount of money, did not yield any positive result until we were introduced to Elijah Faith Assembly Church. And thank God, all the problems that have been taking us from one place to the other are now over. We have two kids, and all the spiritual attacks have stopped. Meanwhile, I went through hell, trying to find solution to her problems.”

Prophet Chinonso, who was busy at the altar conducting the deliverance service when the miracle took place at the nursing mother’s section of the church, described it as one of the greatest God has performed through him. “I thank God that He proved himself in the lives of the couple who have been suffering from spiritual bondage. In fact, this miracle is hard to believe. But God did it to uplift his name. We have been praying that God should perform a miracle that would shake the world. And we are happy that He has done it.”

One of the Church members, Mrs Chimezie Nwabugo who witnessed the incident explained that she was the one that pressed Cassandra’s stomach before the turtle came out. “I sat close to her in the church. Eventually, she called my attention to come and press her stomach. Initially, I was reluctant because I did not know what was happening to her. But after much pressure, I decided to assist her. When I pressed her stomach gently, she insisted that I should help her remove her undies and press her harder. And, when I did, she told me that the thing was coming out. Then, I wondered what she meant since she was not pregnant. Thereafter, she said it has come out. I did not see anything, until when we pulled her away from the pool of blood where she was lying and I saw something like a congealed blood that fell off her cloth. When I looked closely, I noticed that it was a live turtle covered with blood. Because of that, I ran away and almost everyone close to the place left in fear. In fact, that experience was a very strange one and I have not had it before. Since that time, people on the streets call me midwife that helped a woman to deliver a turtle, instead of a child, but I do not bother because God knows why it happened like that”, she stated.

Pastor Who Goes About Preaching Unclad

The world will soon end that’s for sure. I don’t know which part of the world he hails from although many claims he is from Nigeria.

Those who shared the photo online says that the man goes around preaching naked to at like Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden before they ate the forbidden fruit. In his own eyes, he didn’t see himself as nakid, lol. Wetin eye no go see.

Why Are Our Nigerian Santas Always Like This?

This is the yuletide season and our people are at it again. Various Nigerian 'Santas' have dusted their costumes and now assault our eyes with their ludicrous appearances.

The Oyibo people we borrowed the culture from will probably laugh at us when they see the different kinds of 'Father Chrismas' now parading our streets.

Like this one below, for example.

What's up with the Beyonce hips and leggings trousers? Even the dude beside him agrees.

Lmao!!!

Teen Girl Dies While Masturbating, Parents Blame ‘Extremely Large Dildo’

dildo

A 16-year-old girl was found dead in her home late Friday evening, apparently suffering from a heart attack while masturbating. Her parents, who would only give their first names, Joe and Carol, say they found their daughter, who they wish to not name, after they returned from their anniversary dinner.
“[Name redacted] knew she wasn’t supposed to use her mother’s big, black double-ender, and we’d never thought she’d sneak into our room and take it,” said Joe. “We didn’t really want to bring it up to her, because it’s embarrassing. I’d give anything to go back in time now, and tell her not to use such a big one. She wasn’t ready for that yet.”
“I’ve had so many more years of getting torn up, that really, I needed one that big to even feel it,” said Carol, who claims the dildo was around 9 inches or so in circumference. “[Name Redacted] was just a young girl. She shouldn’t have been taking one so big. It was too much, and her heart couldn’t take it.”
Joe and Carol say that they want their story to be a lesson to all parents, and that talking to your children about the dangers of excessively large sexual toys should be mentioned in the initial “birds and the bees” talk.
“Please, don’t feel ashamed or embarrassed to talk to your kids,” said Joe. “They need to know that sometimes, a penis – real or fake – is just too damn big.

EFCC Arrests Stallion MD For N1.25bn Gift To Yuguda

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested the Managing Director of Stallion Group, Harprrie Singh, over an alleged N1.25bn gift to former Minister of State for Finance, Bashir Yuguda.
Investigation revealed that the conglomerate was among some companies that were being investigated by the EFCC in connection with the arms purchase under the former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd.).

It was learnt that the EFCC’s task force, investigating the arms procurement scandal, invited Singh when his company’s name came up in an investigation into a transaction between the former NSA and Jabbama company, a Bureau De Change operator.
The operatives were said to have discovered that Stallion group paid N1.375bn to the firm, which later returned N100m of the funds to the conglomerate.
A top operative of the commission said Jabbama converted the money to $114,750,000 and handed them over to Yuguda.
The former Minister is facing prosecution at the Federal High Court Abuja for alleged fraud and money laundering.
It was further stated that Yuguda told EFCC interrogators that he collected the fund at the instance of the former NSA for political purposes.
The top operative said Singh was still being grilled by the operatives as of the time this story was filed by 9pm on Thursday.
The source added that the Stallion boss told his interrogators that he had a contract of $170m with the ONSA to supply some vehicles.
He was said to have claimed that the first batch of 50 vehicles were supplied in November, 2014, but said the payment was still outstanding.
It was learnt that the operatives were interrogating the Stallion boss for routing the seeming political donations through the NSA and not through political parties. The operatives were said to be probing the possibility that the ‘donation’ by the firm could be an inducement for contracts award from the ONSA.
Efforts to get the Head, Media and Publicity of the EFCC, Mr. Wilson Uwujaren, for his comment on the reported arrest of Singh did not succeed as of the time of filing this report.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of EFCC, Mr. Ibrahim Magu, has called for legislation that would put a time frame on the trial of corruption-related cases in the country.
Magu appealed to the Senate Committee on Anti-Corruption and Financial Crimes to explore the possibility of using the strategy for the amendment to the provisions of the Electoral Act, to specify a time frame for the trial of corruption-related cases.
He said this provision would help to intensify the campaign against graft in the country, especially for the effective prosecution of such cases in courts.
Magu lamented that several corruption-related cases had lingered in court for years because of the absence of the requisite time frame.
